(HealthDayNews) -- Are the pollen and other allergens in the spring air driving you crazy?
Here are suggested ways to get relief, courtesy of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology:
- Take an antihistamine to soothe your symptoms.
- Use eye drops such as Naphcon-A for allergic conjunctivitis.
- Use a decongestant such as Sudafed for nasal congestion, but do not use it if you have high blood pressure.
- Apply hydrocortisone cream to bites or allergic skin rashes.
