If you are 18 or older have been treated with one line of systemic anti-cancer therapy for metastatic disease and relapsed, failed to respond, or did not tolerate the regimen, you may qualify for this study.

Osteoarthritis, High Blood Pressure

If you are 40 or older, have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee or hip, and have treated and controlled high blood pressure, you may qualify for this study.

The research sites are in Norfolk, Va., and Clarksville, Tenn.
