Deauville of Easton, Pa., did not fully comply with federal product safety standards, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).In issuing the recall earlier this month, the FDA said the regulations are intended to "make sure that a product is safe for use, and that it has the ingredients and strength it claims to have."
